Carrollton & Clark 1974. Vintage limited edition facsimile (54 of 2,000) in staple-bound wrappers in very good condition showing very little wear, rubbing to the wraps. A very nice copy in otherwise excellent, collectible condition. Comes with Carrollton & Clark signed letter (perhaps autopen or stamped?) from publisher S.E. Carroll explaining the early shipment of this supplementary "premium booklet" originally intended to be released alongside the delayed Carrollton & Clark publication of Willis Conover's book of correspondence with H.P. Lovecraft titled "Lovecraft At Last."
